Please note: Specific to the new iTrail Solo, if you ever choose to cancel your subscription and deactivate your device and later decide to activate it again, it will take several days for your device to become fully active and there will be a significant cost to do so because the new Solo will require to be reprogrammed. If you know you will reactive your device in the future there is an option to place your device onto an "On Hold" plan, for a nominal monthly fee, that will circumvent the significant cost involved to reactive the device. If you have any questions please talk to our customer service department before deactivating an iTrail Solo.
